Traditionally, we have taken the 'hands off' approach to pro-actively contacting our clients.  However as the IT industry is continually evolving, we are aware that some clients would like us to keep them informed of developments and new technologies that may be beneficial to their businesses.  With this in mind, how often do you think Active Technology should contact you?
