The Requirement: You will be responsible for covering all the routine sales office tasks to do with selling the Active range of PCs, laptops, printers and maintenance contracts. In particular, you will be responsible for generating new enquiries including mailings, telephone follow-up and database management.
You will be given training and support during your first three months with the Company. After your initial training you will work alongside the Directors to prepare proposals for larger contracts. This will be a key stage in your progress towards achieving Technical Sales Consultant status.
Your background will include roles where you have had to provide support and advice to customers either face to face or over the telephone. You must have demonstrated a commitment to providing excellent levels of customer service – accurate message taking, responding to customers quickly and producing good quality written communications – letters, emails etc.
