During the final stages of an installation to upgrade a network for a government funded learning organisation, the Director complimented:-

...thank you for all your efforts.  It is truly refreshing that there is a company we can trust implicitly.  My colleagues in other organisations are all suffering with awful problems and terrible support from their providers - I'm the only one who is happy...

We would be happy to help their colleagues, but we have discovered they are tied into a restrictive contract.  Our heart goes out to those that are suffering...!

The next day after the conclusion of a board-level meeting regarding the integration of four separate and distinct networks that had evolved over the years in their departments.  A telephone call received from the Project Manager of the long established construction company exclaimed:-

...everyone said the same thing - you were the only people who actually seemed to know *exactly* what they were talking about.  Everyone was extremely impressed...

Update: Substantial order has been received and is currently being implemented.

At the end of a meeting on 27.11.01 re. installation of new wireless network, the potential client said:-

 ...Oh, by the way, I must congratulate you on your quotation. It is by far the most professional I have seen in the last 5 years... 

Update: Current client - installed wireless Network linked to Exchange 2000 Server running on an Active Sertia 5100 platform.

Towards the end of a meeting on 31.10.00 re. overhaul and restructuring of the client's existing Network, when asked about why they contacted us the MD of this high-profile local company replied  :-

 ...because I spoke to several different people, and they ALL said the same thing... just go to Active... 

Not a current client yet.  But soon will be I suspect.

Update: Current client - overhauled poor performing network installed by previous local "supplier".  Installed Active Sertia 2000 Server providing permanent internet access to the whole network.  Firewall and Anti-Virus solution recommended and installed.

During the second follow-up meeting to discuss the timescales for implementing a new network, the client was asked if he had followed up on the references we had supplied.  He exclaimed :-

 ...you must have PAID for references like that! 

Our competitors may have to, but we certainly don't!
